Profit -> If you sold an item for 50,000 in which you had bought it for 20,000 then you made a profit of 30,000

Revenue = income -> in a day, 2 person bought the same item in which the price is 50,000 then the calculation will be 2 x 50,000 = 100,000. Your revenue for the day is 100,000

Loss -> if you bought an item for 50,000 and then you sold it again for 10,000 then you will be experiencing a loss of 40,000. Calculation = 10,000 - 50,000 equals to -40,000 the minus indicate that its a loss.
